Friday 15. September
Check-in at Verdensteateret from 4pm. We want as many games in as possible so anyone who has the oppurtunity to bring games. Last year's event we managed to put 60 games in the hall and the same amount or more is requested this year too.

All prticipants who brings games will have a chance to win a grand prize that we will draw on Saturday night. We assure you that the prize will be worthwhile the extra hazzle.
 

Hotel check-in.
Hotel Atlantic is located 200 meters away from the Venue right in the middle of the city. We have reserved many rooms so booking can be done through us. The stay includes breakfast, coffee and tea all day, fruit & vaffles from 3-6pm, and supper from 6 tp 9pm.

 

 

 

 

Saturday 16. September

10am - Same procedure as every year miss Sofie! We meet up at the venue and prepare to greet the common man, and make sure they are addicted to pinball before they leave.

12pm - Open house for everyone! We have put of posters and sent press releases where we invite anyone who's interested to visit us. Entrance fee is 20,- NOK and the money goes to pay the rent for the venue. We will make flyers that attendants can bring with them if they go out during the day. We all want more pinheads in the world right!? :-) Some of the larger national newspapers has already announced their visit.

6pm to 3am
All games on! Bar is open! Pizza will be served and is included in the attending fee. Competitions with neat prizes, good beer and we're all among fellow pinheads. What can be greater? Do you have any bright ideas on stuff we can do during the night, let us know!

 

Sunday 17. September

10am to 4pm
Check-out from the hotel and the venue. We all help eachother packing games.

Travel
Those who are coming by air can either fly to Oslo Airport or Torp, our local airport which is 15 minutes away. Oslo airport is 2 hours drive by car or train. But you can get a lift with attendees who are driving in. Torp has connections with following foreign airports; Amsterdam, London, Liverpool, Newcastle, Glasgow, Milano, Pisa, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Frankfurt. Contact us if you need assistance regarding your travel.

We have visitors coming from surrounding countries so you might find someone to travel with.

Verdensteateret is located right in the middle of Sandefjord with shopping streets around it. So if you need a break, or bringing your wife, rescue is closer than you think :-)
